napa was the warm spot, 63 degrees. very chilly outside and still breezy that wind coming down, from the north, carrying cold air kids will need a jacket at the bus stop tomorrow morning. san raphael, 41, downtown san francisco, 46 degrees. i have zoomed in, kpix 5 high- def doppler, showers moving over, walnut creek saw a few, pushing south and dissipating. a wave of low pressure moving around the big low pressure area that helped give us this wind. strong low pressure east, strong high pressure offshore to the west and in between, strong northerly winds, even tomorrow high pressure moves out. it will be breezy, winds from the north. not going to hit 70, 5 to 7 degrees milder than today. breezy and chilly outside. wednesday now high pressure just right over top of us the low in the great plains that is when the wind will decrease temperatures will increase back to the 70s. staying windy, through midnight breezy tomorrow, cool on tuesday warmer stuff, 70s, some of them will hit 80 degrees for thursday. for tomorrow with
